The Beaumont is a restored Victorian-era landmark known as the "Flagship of the San Juans" and was built in 1886 at the height of the mining boom. It served luxury travelers, hosted famous guests like Theodore Roosevelt, and features ornate architecture, including a grand staircase and original chandeliers.
